Product Manager, Performance/Enthusiast Desktop GPU's

I think there are multiple different people doing the exact same job. Its like when you go to a store there might be multiple checkout operators. Each product has a product manager, so for instance the HD 6970, 6870 and 6770 might have different people as product managers.
Edit: I heard that when asked on a survey, AMD product managers were voted to be even hotter on average than even firemen!

Mebbe he got promoted and is looking for a replacement for his old gig?
Does this have anything to do with the rumor that Dirk Meyer is leaving AMD?
Is that meant as an indictment of their cooling solutions?

As for the promotion idea, the only other job at AMD which would really suit Dave IMO is CEO because Dave can save anything. For instance people for many years were frightened that the Polar Bears would disapear, fortunately Dave bought a Prius. Yet another famous Dave save.
