Someone had briefly added some speculation around Series 6 on the PowerVR wiki page...however the details have now been removed...series6 still referred to as "SGX"???

10.1 as in API support ie drivers? I'd be very surprised if Series6 as a new generation wouldn't be D3D11 compliant as Series5 with its procedural geometry is quite close to it.

In that hypothetical scenario, would the SGX680 be computationally complete and capable of, though obviously not optimal for, serving as a CPU?

Probably as much as any other (high end) GPU today.

Someone else has removed it. Utter speculation IMHO.
