Power draw of 90nm RSX?

Does anyone have any numbers on the power draw of the 90 nm RSX?
Trying to estimate from the 7800GTX only goes so far - and extrapolating from such estimations to how much less the 65nm RSX might draw is too ballparkish to be useful at all.

Of course, a 65nm RSX might also be paired with two 1Gbit, 64 bit wide GDDR3 chips for further power/cost reduction, or packaging changes, but that remains to be seen.

Do you know anyone making such chips?
They could be ordered, if the reduction in parts count, packaging costs, and power draw was deemed worth it vs. the extra cost of manufacture. A question of volume, basically. Once a production run was started, I could see them as being interesting in mobile space as well. (* shrug *)
My point was that going to 65nm for the RSX might be taken as an opportunity to simplify/cost reduce in other ways as well.
