Is posting transcripts of video interviews ok?

I have typed up a transcript from the 1up video interview for Gabe Newell.

Is it against the TOS to post this?

Posting Transcripts is fine, provided you did it, otherwise it's like an article, copy/paste the beginning/relevant parts, and provide a link to the trasncript.
