Oh man, I can't believe I left that one off my list. I'm sure there's other's I'm not thinking of also...like Populous 1 & 2. Again most of the games I replayed were made in the 80's and 90's. With a few notable ones in the early 2000's.

    Regards,

Super Mario Bros + sequels and Mike Tyson Punch Out, they were the only games that I tried to beat multiple times like 20+ times in a single day on daily basis without getting particularly bored with them, well I was a kid back then with limited videogames playing and library. Another is Legend of Zelda also though not that many probably around 500 times. Playing those games again today, it’s either nostalgia or something else but I still love them. I still played them occasionally.

On PC, Hero's Quest (Quest for Glory) easily, followed by X-Wings series and Age of Empires 2. Hero’s Quest I really like because it’s a really simple and fun game with multiple solutions and stuff. X-Wings series because they were the best Star Wars franchise games ever and still are. Age of Empires 2 was my LAN party game of choice. So if I was around it’s the game the gang most likely play.

Though my most played games has to be the Virtua Fighter series. The peak period was around VF2 and VF3. Thousands of dollars plunge into the arcade every year during that period. Games playing times went downhill since.

Now days it'll be something if I have sustained interest to finish demos.

I missed out on that one. I say this with shame as the demo was amazing and slapping your minions was an euphoric experience.

Now Baldurs Gate series has recieved the most love from me. For both games and BG2 expansion I must have clocked in about 1000+ hours of gameplay time. I replayed it several times and it felt like a new experience every time (different class types). Words just cant describe how awesome every single part of this game was. This game should be displayed instead of the Mona Lisa painting. 9th wonder of the world, fact.

I'm replaying Freespace 2 right now with the latest SCP MediaVP's and whatnot.

I have entirely lost count of how many times I've played this game now.

ok fine. I shall have to answer this question.

Total Annihilation + Core Contingency - roughly a zillion hours into this game over the past 12 years.
    UT99 - happy thoughts
Dark Messiah - have played through this several times. My most recent such game.
Dark Forces - come back to it annually since it was released
Star Wars Rebellion - the strategy game roughly everyone else hates but I really like a lot
    Diablo #1
    NFS3

    Oh it iz sad daaaay!

Strangely, the game appears to have become easier for me. Hardest difficulty and I'm getting just about every medal so far, and I haven't died once... Well, except for the first encounter with the Ravana where I was right inbetween it's beam weapons and the ship it was firing upon. And the Sathanas obliterated me because I didn't get out of it's way when it jumped away.

But otherwise a trouble-free and thoroughly enjoyable play through this time. If anyone's playing the SCP version on an ATi card and finding your debris is flashing white, there is a fix for that. I can find it again if need be, it's buried over on the Hard Light forums.

Games that I've played 10 x and over - FEAR, MGS4, Uncharted, Crysis series, Killzone 2, STALKER, and probably a few others I'm forgetting.

Games I've played 100 hours and over - Oblivion, Fallout 3, GTA series.

    • Civilization 2
    • Colonization
    • Master of Orion / MoO 2
    • Sid Meiers Pirates! (got it for the Commodore 64 before I learned English, took many tries to figure out how to play and what to do...)
    • Warcraft 2 both SP and MP over dial-up and null-modem. Those were the days.
    • C&C, truly addictive. Probably cost me a grade or two in school.
    • Dungeon Keeper / DK 2, just amazing. Need to replay soon, been too long since last time. (Maybe buy Overlord 2?)
    • X-COM/ UFO Enemy Uknown. Got it on steam and it's still as much fun as I remembered :)
    • Tie Fighter, just great. X-wing was a bit too hard at the time.
    • Dark Forces
    • Doom 2, just finished it again this summer.

Lately it's mostly online FPS which I guess don't count in this list..

    Wizardy 7 & 8

I have the answer to every Moredhel lock chest memorized somewhere. When I start to feel it fading I play Betrayal at Krondor again.

Mine has to be FreeSpace 2. The game is just so much fun I have probably beaten it 4-5 times.
