Spider Solitaire? You friggin bet. Never managed to beat it at hard mode though. Sigh.

Unreal Championship and anything that starts with "Age Of..." are my addictions.

I'll list the games I've bothered to play still after completion, not those that I've spent a long time playing, like FFX, as it had no replayability).
The list is only for my current gaming platforms, the list would be too long if I include all my previous gaming gear too.

    PC most played recently:
    UT2004 multiplayer
    Call of Duty multiplayer
    .....
other PC games I've hardly bothered to play through even once as I've gotten bored of them before end (Far Cry: still unfinished, Max Payne 2: still unfinished, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow: still unfinished, SW Knights Of The Old Republic: still unfinished......yaawwwnnn)

PS2 most played thru all times:
    - Tekken TAG (played it on release as there was nothing else to play ;) ), still, an addictive beat em up.
    - SSX (kept me coming back for a long time, now has lost it's appeal to SSX3)
    - Ridge Racer V, it was just so addictive, and pretty (yes, I didn't even care about the jaggies then :D )
    - GT3/GT Concept (GT3 still at ~70% complete, those endurance races are just too long, and some later races too hard for my skills. Still play them to admire the beautiful graphics and enjoyable handling)
    - ICO (played through 4 times, just to enjoy the beauty of it, and the touching ending)
    - REZ (Played the levels through several times, still gets some play time thanks to great music+visuals)
    - FreQuency (simple but addictive, still trying to beat the higher level songs)
    - Burnout2 (thrill of speed keeps me coming back)
    - Metal Gear Solid 2 (played through at least three times, at different difficulty collecting dog tags and admiring the cinematics and the game)
    - Z.O.E.2 (Z.O.E.1 I didn't touch after finishing, but the extra missions and gorgeous presentation make the 2 a joy to come back to)
    - GTA: Vice City (finished the main missions, still playing just driving around and completing a side mission every now and then)
    - Silent Hill 2 and 3 (played through about 3 times for different endings and enjoy the athmosphere.)

PS2 games I've lost intrest before finishing:
    - Resident Evil Code Veronica (used all my ammo and herbs before a semi-boss, didn't bother starting over)
    - Dark Cloud 2 (dungeons got boring, and I really didn't have a glue what to build next on georamas to advance the story)
    - Silpheed (too difficult)

THB, Quake2 is the only one I have every replayed.

However I have played both Serrious Sam games 3x time on CO-OP mode....does co-op count? :)

My addiction to this game ended recently as I realised it was pointless - it just relies almost entirely on the luck of the draw. I've still finished it dozens of times on the hard mode, though. :p

My addiction before that was Minesweeper - has anyone else managed to beat Expert mode in less than 89 seconds? :p

A few years back I also played much too much Freecell. My record for consecutive wins was about 80-odd on this - I was aiming for a 100 but never quite got there.

I've now given up on these time wasting habits and do much more constructive things on my computer (yep - Internet Pr0n  ).

Total Annihilation. That's about the only one with any real staying power across the years for me...

There's the normal multiplayer games that I play a lot. Most of all, Quake3: Urban Terror.

    As for single player:
Doom1 and Doom2. Played them millions of times.
Mike Tyson's Punchout. Played this for years.
Resident Evil. Still scary after all these years.
Coolboarders. When this game came out me and my friends had to use Visene after staring at the TV screen for almost 24 hours straight.

    And the most of alll...

Tony Hawk. All versions. My name is Tim, and I'm an addict. I've probably wasted well over a thousand hours in these games. I challenge anyone in the world to a high score contest. I am undefeated online (except when other players exploit "weightless bugs") and undefeated in real life. Sorry to brag, but I'm unstoppable. :D

Probably the game that sat on my harddrive the longest and I just kept coming back to is Unreal Tournament, followed by UT2K3 and then UT2K4. It's just the type of game that you can pick up and enjoy for a few hours and then drop again, and it really suits my flat and devious playing style.

I've gone back and replayed games like Unreal to see it on new hardware, ususally after some expansion pack like RTNP has re-ignighted my interest, but it's pretty sad how few games I actually replay. Once you've gone through and played the storyline once, it loses a lot of it's freshness.

    Do mods count?

Quake 1, 2 each thru whole game 4-5 times.
Quake 2 mods 2 CD's of single player stuff.

Morrowind hours wise though I don't know how to count it since I have only beat "the game" part twice but have spent countless hours messin about.
