Playstation1 Specs?

few specs of the PS1 are unfindable on the web
i would like to know this:

2MB Main RAM bandwidth? (132MB/s? or this is just for the internal R3000 DMA bus?)
1MB Video RAM bandwidth? (faster than Main RAM?)
GPU Frequency? (33Mhz like the CPU?)
GPU transistors count? (1 Million for the CPU but the GPU??)

maybe 266MB/s... (32bit width 33Mhz dual-ported)

I'm doubtful. VRAM (actual) always was expensive and only really benefitted workstation cards that needed high-resolution displays back when memory subsystems only delivered a couple hundred megs/sec. Unless one wanted RAMDAC reads to chew up pretty much the entire bandwidth budget, VRAM was the only way to go, but in a PS2 that would not be a problem. RAMDAC traffic would be a (very) small fraction of overall b/w.
