I think Valve should stop monkeying around with zombies, unleash a new Source engine with eye bleeding graphics and whizz bang technology and release HL 3!!!

Another title refused in my home country because they won't add an 18+ classification class. At least I know I can buy it here.

With l4d they have a very popular, good looking game that runs on IGP and old cards, they will probably want to keep it that way.

Major multiplayer games are usually ones that run on the majority of available computers.

It really annoys me that Australians are being imposed with this upper "ceiling" in their game rating classification, in contrast to all other forms of entertainment.
Here in my country there is no effective board or council body to classify console or computer games -- it's kind of free for all, and still there is no one single case of mass shooting or stabbing in a high school because of that (or any other reason).
    D'oh!

its because of our political system.

basicily right now there is one church loving , computer games are evil, wont somebody think of the children member of the south australian state ( not federal ) government (Michael Atkinson) that is blocking an R18+ classification for the whole country.

There have been many titles blocked to Australians, and will be many more. I don't believe any GTA titles were allowed in Australia, ever.

Blasphemy! It definitely could have used longer or more missions, but it was an awesome co-op experience if played on a difficult setting.

ONLY and ONLY if you play with buddies or else the co op experience is shite with little punks running around doing their own thing instead of playing 'together'. Same reason why I hate CS.

If you play on expert you don't see much of that because everyone knows you have to play as a team to win. If you play on the easier settings there are a lot of kids trying to solo their way through, and it's definitely annoying. I guess I had enough friends that I was able to play it a good deal without many randoms.

No, only GTA3 was banned and needed to be cut (which is stupid BTW because games after it had a lot more gore) and Rockstar pre cut the console versions of GTA4 for no reason because GTA4 on PC was allowed uncut.

Holy hell that was pretty intense. I wonder if they're actually going to have a coherent story this time (looks like the trailer was a bunch of cutscenes thrown together)?

I'm hoping there is a little bit of a custscene for each mission to tie them all together, so if you played through them in order it would seem like a coherent story.

On sale right now for $6.79 http://store.steampowered.com/app/550/

Or buy both games for something like $11. This includes the Mac versions as well. If you're tempted to try out these games, I'm pretty sure this is the best price you're ever going to get, short of stealing.

And the new DLC mission is released today, so why not?
