    They must have had new people working at the White House in late December/early January. The CIA director, George Tenet, had the reference to the Niger claim removed from a presidential speech to be given in Cincinnati in October 2002, just 3 months before the State of the Union speech. So how did that reference end up in the State of the Union?

    Just a 'goof' on the part of fact checkers in the White House. :lol: What a 'goof'. :)

    Just like Clinton probably "goofed" over the meaning of "sexual relations" ? :roll:

    I wanna say one thing to the american people. I want you to listen to me. I'm going to say this again. Ah did NOT.... have.... nucular.... relations.... with that evil doin dictator..... Mr. Hussein. I never told anybody to lie, not a single time, never. These allegations are false.. Err I mean they're true, true!
