as far I did check out RR jap and USA , they are quite the same
the jap version is very easy to play , there isn't that much japanese in it.
lumines has a few changes but nothing as of special.

i would recomend those 2 games togehter with wipeout (is 100% english)

Guys, if you want to import, www.success-hk.com is cheaper than Lik-sang - my friends and I have all used it without issue.

The price differences have gotten much better, actually. For the longest time it's been almost a straight dollar-to-pound pricing, but of late they've either decided to be kinder to Europe or meaner to the US. Your pick. ;)

The levelling in pricing is probably due to the weakened dollar and yen than with companies feeling more generous towards the European region. But who cares with the reason is as long as it's cheaper eh? :p

So I'm travelling over the pond again this June, and will have a one night stopover at Tokyo's Narita airport. I'm considering picking up a PSP while I'm there. Do the airport shops charge extortionate prices? I won't have a chance to make it into town unfortunetly (flight gets in late, connection leaves early in the morning).

Damn you Sony and your September release date *shakes fist*

I'm prepared for a dead pixel or two, I really don't mind if they are there as long as they are not in a quantity of tens.
I've had a dead pixel (red) in my crappy Hyundai 17" monitor, and although it's very visible against dark colours, it's not bothering me at all unless I stare at a blank black screen ;)
So, sorry PC-Engine, there's nothing you can say to make me feel bad for my purchase ;)

i would never order psp off net. the dead pixels IS a problem. good luck. also beware of small indent marks on screen. buy a screen protector too. buy 512mb ms at least.

I just think they should have gone with the same formula as Nintendo. Meaning US price plus tax plus £5 or so for shipping costs ect (£159.99 or $305). To keep the PSP/DS price difference the same in Europe as it is in the US. Especially since PSP is already going to be very late to Europe. But yeah its still a better price then it would have been a few years ago so that's something.

No, here's no import stores, and if there were they'd charge €600 for a PSP Value Pack.

Like I said, the dead pixels don't worry me, and they won't be that big a problem to me. I'll be able to live with two or three. Even if I had 5 dead pixels there's little chance they will all be say red, and close to each other. I know I won't be noticing them much in actual use. Dead pixel staring is not my hobby.

I plan to buy a 1Gig card later. I already have a 256MB stick that I use with my DSC-T1 cam, that will have to do for a couple of months. I know it won't hold many movies (even one?) or music, but that's ok, it'll only leave me something to look forward if I get bored to RR and Lumines

No, I'm not gay, but my boyfriend is.
