First gameplay movie out from an EA Hot Summer Nights presentation with Lorne Lanning from Oddworld Inhabitants playing some parts of the game. It looks quite good to say the least.

Yep it looks very good indeed! Lareg environments, no pop-up, extensive detail everywhere! And man look at the speed that the main character has when he runs, and it looks cool too! 8)
The weapons are also very original, the ammo are alive!! The chipmunk is hilarious and can talk to you depending the situation, the ammo even talks to each other! The ammo can be picked up from the ground, (you have to catch them) and each critter-ammo has a different function.

It looks to me that Oddworld Stranger will be a hit! Great graphics, great gameplay and the typical oddworld humor!
Hopefully the PS2 version will have the same magic, I don't have a xbox :?

The appeal of blasting badguys with sunglasses-wearing animals is quite strong.
