btw does quest 3 finally able to directly cast to TV?

currently in quest 1 and 2, its quite cumbersome to cast to TV. need a phone with TV out, or a laptop/pc connected to a TV.

I've not tried it but I've read it can and I've seen the cast icon available in there. Not sure how seamless it is though.
