Cool, so I did read the article correctly and a 3rd party Switch title actually sold well enough to show up on NPD. Still can't read too much into it though as it does feature Nintendo characters in it. But it's still encouraging.

So Destiny 2 best selling of 2017 etc is without digital sales?

Edit: No battle.net sales, which shouldn't matter for console.
 
My post in the other thread made me think of something else. Mario + Rabbids didn't have digital sales data revealed. That means that while unlikely (highly unlikely, IMO) it's possible that a 3rd party single platform Nintendo title may have taken the top spot in NPD had that sales data been released to NPD.
