IMO the most interesting parts of these sales charts are:

- Halo and SSB:M are still selling incredibly well considering how old they are.
- Metroid Prime outsold Splinter Cell.

EDIT: Added hardware sales.

Animal Crossing is doing well too. It may well pass 1M worldwide on the GC (not counting the N64 version).

I myself am quite suprised to see 'the Getaway' doing so well and it outselling ViceCity. Very nice... the effort Soho put in it, certainly deserves some recognition which it seems to be getting. :)

Wow, February was a very slow month for sales on Xbox and GCN. Well, one thing's for sure, Zelda will take care of GCN sales this month. I'm anticipating on how many hardware units the game pushes, as I'm sort of expecting at the very least 250,000 consoles bought extra, but I'm really expecting 500,000 units with this game.

You're missing the console sales... Here you are.

PS2 - 488,934

I was at Soft Etc today (yes picking up Pokemon GBA) and everyone (including employees) were talking about when to "line up" and "camp out" for Zleda WW. I wonder if this game will have longer lines than for Zelda OoT? I've never seen lines like that for a game. This one may top it.

I preordered mine from KB Toys. No lines there :p

I bet that a lot of people will probably be waiting for it at our local EB and Gamestop though. Vice City had about 300 preorders at Gamestop here, and I bet Celda will get at least a third that number.

well i'm told its being alocated now. My friends at gamestop say there are more reserves than they had for vice city. About 3 times as much at thier store. So who knows.

Yeah just about everone told me that it's the most they've ever seen. But VC had the casual traffic that Zelda prolly wont.

Man I couldnt believe the ppl getting Pokemon yesterday. It'll probably come in 2nd to Zelda for MArch. I'm glad too. As much as I got tired of Pokemon in the 90's, I'd love to see GTA games just die right now.

Btw, the GBA SP at my BB and SE had about 200 orders. I held the one at TRU and was damn impressed at how small this thing really is. It felt really comfortable too. It really does look like what Sony would put out (that's a good thing) you know like a tech gadget. Overall March is gonna be huge for Nintendo. They need it too. The SP launching in US and Europe within days apart. Zelda launching after Pokemon and the bundle deal still pluggin away. I was very surprised to see a commercial (dumb clerk) still airing for it.

i read that VC is limited in supply (same as January?)
and Zelda WW had more preorders than VC in some stores (guaranteed 1 mil in 2 months if not at launch IMO), though i dunno if i can top the charts month after month like VC can
the bonus games campaign is definitely working
