Not getting email notifications on subscribed threads

    Haven't in awhile. These are threads in which I've been subscribed for over a year.

    Looks like nothing in maybe a couple of months.

    I've finally fixed the email issue, sorry it's taken me literally months to get the time to take a look, work out what was wrong, and get a fix in place.
