Nobody Saves the World [Xbox, PC, XGP]

This game is VERY good. It's on game pass right now. Great artwork, great music. Nice progression system. Fun two-player online co-op.

You can switch forms with a magic wand to different characters that have different abilities. Has that zelda/metroid aspect where you can access areas with particular characters. Each character has "quests" to earn xp and unlock new abilities. It doesn't feel grindy or annoying. There's a tree to unlock different forms. Probably some back-tracking to get to areas you couldn't previously access. Have a couple hours in it, and I'm very impressed.

I'm really enjoying it. A few hours in as well. The skill / forms tree is really good. It's set up to make the usually ARPG grind more interesting. Very clever. All the forms have something worthwhile and fun to offer so far.

Love the music. It's not initially spectacular but it's typical Jim Guthrie. It increasingly complements how you're playing, worming it's way into the experience.

The game's also delightfully silly and full of little details.

The turtle is miserable but when you go in the water his face cracks a big grin.
