/shrug I got a flyer in my paper today with a store advertising a 9600se that included a hl2 coupon. The pic they had in the ad looked like a BBA, but I'm not sure that it wasn't just a misprint.

That sounds like marketing spin on the part of powercolor. Here's the latest Best Buy flyer in Canada:

Supposedly they just pulled it from bundling in 9600XT retail boxes for supply reasons (though it also could be because they can get out of the automatic bundling and hope to take advantage of some people who don't think about redeeming), but regardless you can just post on the site and get it mailed to you.
