I looked across the list looking at the resolutions for the ps3 games I owned and there were a few missing so I attempted doing them myself:

    NBA2k7, MLB2k7, Sonic the Hedgehog, Spider-man 3: 1280x720, No AA

Rainbow Six Vegas: 720p mode: 1280x720, No AA. 1080p mode: 853x480, No AA, Blur Filter

LEGO Star Wars: 1080p mode: 540x1080, No AA, Blur Filter. 720p mode: 1280x720, No AA, Blur Filter (not sure about the blur filter)

Warhawk: 1280x720 2xAA, temporal (I think, edges were blinking while static)

NOTE: I did these all with my eyes looking real close to my LCD screen, as my digital camera wasn't available at the moment, but the results should be fairly accurate.

    Can anybody confirm these?

Its weird, the whole video looks identical AA wise till they zoom in at the end. What would cause that? The 360 version almost has a blur to it close up that seems to hide the edges (I don't think its more AA).

Some side by side screens would be nice, don't think any have really be labeled 360 or PS3 though.

My bet is if they looked at an object up close(without zoom, like standing in front of it) they would both look to have the same AA.

Warhawk's already been done, it was under PSN games.

    Here, near the bottom.

Oh ok, yeah I originally thought 4xAA, but then I saw the flickering so I thought maybe it was 2xAA and temporal, oh well. Thanks for the info.

The only difference was the middle rock/hill texture, and thats becuase the texture was still loading in the 360 shoot.

360 of screen shoot of the same hill ->http://www.catanzareti.com/images/Kevin/rockfullsize.jpg

No they are not. Leave it to the pros, these games have all been done, use the search.

Hmm... I counted 12 horizontal steps over 24 pixels. Maybe it was the blurring that threw me off?

I assumed they were not, since most of them weren't on the list (I didn't notice warhawk, since I bought the disc version I didn't think of it as a psn game) Forgive me for trying to learn something new

merged/edit (-AlS): Oh lol wow how stupid I was. I got 540 as half of 1080 instead of 1920, nevermind. It was late and I was tired lol.

What about Warhawk in 1080p mode then? Just out of curiousity.

Could be related more to LOD and texture streaming on distant objects. I would assume that the standardized hard drive of the PS3 (allowing for virtual memory caching) would allow for higher LOD tolerances and overall less pop-up.

Does it have 1080p mode? If so, it's a given its upscaled, as even the 720p mode has image scaling in the options.
