Stunning to see so many developers and publishers getting acquired. Not that it's entirely surprising, however, since AAA game development costs are set to explode with this console generation both due to increased development time as well as development costs exploding much faster than expected due to soaring inflation.

Interesting. The lack of a continued deal to release Blizzard games in China may be because Netease want to push their own games rather than western studios. Of course, it could also be a coincidence.
