With thanks to Roninja from "another place", I see NEC has announced single and dual core A9 Socs with SGX on 40nm processing.

"Two versions of the device are available: EMMA Mobile/EV1 with one embedded Cortex-A9 CPU core and EMMA Mobile/EV2 with two embedded Cortex-A9 CPU cores. "
Max clock speed for the cores appears to be 666Mhz, Neon is inlcuded.
The dual core version is the one with SGX in it.
"The EMMA Mobile/EV2 chip integrates a high-performance POWERVR™ SGX™ 3D graphics core from Imagination Technologies Ltd.....". As far as I'm aware, this is the smallest announced implementation of SGX (40nm).
Its unclear whether the AV core is IMG tech or NECs own inhouse stuff.
