Not a bad start to the season - good that Ducati won but where were the others? Yup - in bits.

Good job Roberts beat Hopkins though, given his team change! Oh and a nice charge by Rossi but you have to wonder how much further he could have got if he'd hopped on sooner, rather than spending half an hour spitting tin-tacks.

He only wasted about 10 seconds waving his hands about in forlorn hope they would stop the race. Still, he got finished the race and got a couple of points despite missing a footpeg, rear brake pedal and half a front brake handle. Still, it was just bad luck he got shunted from behind, there's plenty of time in the rest of the season to make up the points.

Those two BBC commentators are still awful though, despite them stealing virtually the whole show's format from ITV's F1 coverage.
