    It's a really nice program... I used to be a big Trillian fan, overall even with the lack of features for each of the protocols it supported, Trillian just felt better.

    After setting up Miranda, installing the plugins I wanted (more on that later) it's absolutely amazing.

    I have only what I need and really nothing more, which is what makes it great. You plugin which netwrorks you want to support, the support for those networks is really good to.

    It even has a plugin to import trillian contacts. Then there are plugins which work with you games, if you start playing a game, using a service plugin called awaysys and gameaway IIRC it'll automatically set you away and you can define a message per game. Really handy for letting your friends know what server you're playing on. Then there is the integration in HL and BNet messaging network. The list goes on and on, it's a very nice little program and much faster than trillian.
