Mediatek 8xA7 @ 2Ghz ?

    It seems they also showed a working MT6795:

    The MT6595 is already shipping to OEMs. They also claim that transition from MT6595 to MT6795 should be easy (they're probably pin-compatible?). Unfortunately, I haven't seen any news of new chinese phones with the new SoC, but they shouldn't be taking too long to appear.

    "Redl said that existing customers that use the MT6595 today for devices that are soon to be hitting the market can reuse the designs they have for the older chip as "they have a pin compatible drop-in with a 64-bit architecture".
