LGA775 mATX boards with OC potential...?

... nothing hardcore though - I plan to run an E4400 in it, so a stable FSB around 300-320MHz should be plenty. I don't want to mess with Vcore too much but I hear most DDR2 sticks don't actually like JEDEC standard voltages, so some adjustability there sure would be nice. Feature-wise the only requirement is that a) either it has x16 - x1 - PCI - PCI slot layout, or b) provides SP/DIF out in one form or other.

abit's F-I90HD seemed like a good candidate at first, but apparently they no longer have an official distributor in this country so the warranty situation is a bit muddy. Which is especially worrisome, considering the reports of DOA boards on [H]... :???: What's the situation with the G965-based boards? Any of them considered to be capable overclockers?

G965 has overclocking problems/limitations.

But G35 is supposed to overclock very well, if you can wait a little longer.
