The game is developed by Harmonix, makers of Frequency and Amplitude. Considering both their games are as much fun as you can possibly have with your pants on, I can't wait to see what have they come up with now. Konami is only publishing it.

Gamespot has the video. It really looks very promissing. Basically the concept from Frequency/Amplitude is applied to it, except that you use your voice to progress through the song instead of your fingers. Your voice pitch/duration has to match with the onscreen markers (which match to what is being sung by the song's singer, obviously)
