This game ROCKS. Give it a decent chance. 10 hours, THEN you'll know something. This game should have made ZILLIONS!

Glad you brought this game up again. I'll give it another shot; the first time I thought it was complete garbage but I've been hearing good things about it recently. One of those late bloomers perhaps

I won't go near this as it's one of the infamous Davenport-Lyons/ACS/Logistep/Reality Pump games.

Basically they've got some lawyers to grab IP addresses off the internet, and now they are writing threatening letters to innocent people demanding cash just like some dodgy collection agency pulling a scam. It's been thrown out of court in three European countries, banned in Switzerland, and deemed illegal by the European data commissioner, but the lawyers in the UK have been careful to avoid any test cases.

So in response, I'm protesting with my wallet and not buying any of the games or from the companies involved.

Probably a good jumping off point is at the Slyck Forums, though there have been articles on BBC, TorrentFreak, Watchdog, and many others.

These were the same guys intimidating pensioners who could barely use a computer with threats of expensive court cases and demands for £600 for sharing gay porn. They even went out of their way to say they wern't claiming you had the infringing titles or that you had shared them, simply that "your connection was used" and they they were "holding you responsible" even though there is no legal liability for an account holder when things are done without their knowledge or permission.

And that's before you look at the misleading and technically inaccurate "evidence" of them having your IP address (which is easily faked in several ways), which has been taken and processed in breach of several laws, and the fact that it doesn't identify an infringer or particular PC, just an account holder that the lawyers can harass.

The Swiss banned Logistep from operating in their home country, and cases were thrown out in Italy, Germany and France. The French judge even disbarred a lawyer for 6 months and banned her from being part of any professional society for 10 years.

They've been much more careful in the UK, and managed to fool the non-technical judges with "evidence" that is sorely lacking in every way, so they can get people's name and addresses. In my opinion they don't really care about infringment, it's about a business model that involves harassment and taking the cash from those too scared or technically ignorant to defend themselves. They've deliberately avoided any contended court cases for fear they would lose their cash-cow when they get found out.

So I'm boycotting all products from the companies that are involved in what I consider to be a scam of intimidation and threats for demands of cash, and urge others to do the same.

Sorry for the off-topic, but there are some things worth knowing about how a company operates before you give it your money.
