IGN reviews can not b trusted no more

Skate was reviewed for both ps3 and 360. 360 got 8.0 for graphics while ps3 got a 7.0 when:

ps3's version clearly has better textures and anistropic filtering and better AA at most parts. ign is not to b trusted for me, first it was greg miller who couldnt play Lair yet most lair owners have no problems of. now we hav this. this is absurd. more reasons you shouldnt belive in review sites all the time.

This is a console "versus" thread..which is taboo on this forum. And it's also unneccessary. I think people are able to amke up their own minds and buy the version appropriate for them without us having to go up in arms about it on a web board.

Besides, if you only own one of the two platforms it doesn't matter what the graphics score is/how the game looks on the other one.

The review mentions choppier framerates on the PS3 compared to the Xbox360, as the reason. It's really up to the reviewer where his priorities are.

How you deduce a general judgement of a VG review site from a single subscore is beyond me (and beyond3d hopefully). This is a complete inane argument. Thread locked.
