How to stop all MS Office apps (word, etc) from opening multiple documents at start?

its very annoying that for example when i opened 1 word document, it opened 90 word.

but there s no "Track blahblahblah" on "general". maybe because im on windows 11 and the reply was for mac.

No but the infamous PSE registration thingy that banned steam from my country shows "the error is in the user's end" instead of "server error" for any server error.
