How do i update video card bios?

I have a geforce 3. Aida32 says my bios is old and i should update to a newer version.
How do i do this, and where do i find it??

I dunno who or what Aida32 so I'll ignore it.

Contact your Graphics card manfucator and ask them for the latest bios and flashing tools for you graphics card I'm sure it will come with instructions.

Aida32 is a system info/benchmark tool like Sisoft Sandra. Both are alike because they make statements like that (based on datestamps). In 99% of cases videocard's bios never becomes "too old".

Unless you are having specific problems that can only be fixed by flashing the video BIOS I would leave well alone. Don't worry

Or you happen to have a card that is clock locked

But like everyone else was saying unless you are having problems or have a clock locked chip it's really not worth the risk.
