Its quite ironic that some members act as if there is some grand conspiracy by the playstation community to downplay anything XBOX but it is really the other way around

 

Copied EG's review snippits, they are not my personal experiences nor writings. My temporary ban was for 'attacking people'. Things are being praised alot regarding playstation, there are negatives too, is that something that might not be shared? It certainly can be shared regarding MS platforms. Improve there and things might get better overall. Thanks.

 

yeah there is no conspiracy whatsoever, but sure there are hard fans/haters from all sides, problem with such attitude PSman1700 knows exactly what he is doing, he could just have posted the eurogamer review for exemple but no, he chooses the bad quotes in order to trigger the harsh PS fans and expects bad response in return and fuel plateforms wars.
That's not the way i want to read that forum.
i want it to keep constructive and interesting.

 

Its a... PC game too (most certainly). I wouldnt know why harsh PS fans would get mad over it.

 

Any idea why they locked the gyro to dualsense instead of also allowing it to work with dualshock4?

I defenitely want it on PC at a later date aswell, abit long to wait if its aslong after the console release like it was the case with HZD. I can atleast play through the story on the PS5 and do explores when/if its on pc.

 

Do you also have a PS4? If you do, does the PS5 version provides free PS4 version? If it does, please check whether the gyro is really exclusive to dualsense or not

Poor PS fans eh? Its a faulty exclusive plus its coming to PC where its gonna be more worth playing. Pffft poor Playstation

 

Ok, after watching more videos, I'm impressed in some places, lot of geometry/details not possible on ps4 imo. You can see it's crossgen, but they make the best of it it seems. Kudos.

 

From the videos I’ve seen biggest improvement I noticed is that the spear no longer magically disappears into thin air when not using it lol.

In all seriousness it looks good. Shame that to preload the PS5 version you must spend an extra 10$. Can’t preload it from the digitally upgraded PS4 game. Actually can’t upgrade it at all until release, so I’ll be playing it by Monday at the earliest with my puny 10mb connection that I only get to max at night else my daughter and wife chew my ears off because YouTube and Netflix won’t run.

 

How about of MS aquiring Activision-Blizzard, that got a pretty huge backlash by the PS users right? But when Sony does multi billion aquiring, its not the same noise.
I agree on the EG review sharing the negative bits from it, its not really constructive and all, though i have to say, there wasnt much positive to be found in that EG review, it seems Eurogamer, or the actual reviewer doesnt find a place for the game. I could have copied the whole review with the result of 90% of it being quite negative tone to the game. But hey, if all other reviews says its a 9 or 10, it does compensate right?
Theres still a point to it, perhaps not particularly this one, but huge AAA games tend to recieve high scores even when they dont really ''deserve'' it, look at AC valhalla, thats a game that doesnt really match up to this one right?

Its not faulty for me, i have not played the game yet, not even seen much of it. Il be having played it on both PS5 and pc. The 'harsh PS fans' was mentioned by someone else, no idea where you get 'poor fans' from.

 

There are vey few mixed review of the game. You could have gone with the 92 positive one

There is 80 very positive review between 9 and 10, 22 positive between 8 and 9, one considered positive at 75 and 4 mixed review under 75. On the unscored review and in progress 11 unscored or in progress and 8 positives on this part and 3 mixed(Eurogamer, Giantbomb in progress , Kotaku).

And one of the mixed review comes from a site disliking everything coming from Sony. I find this in discord. There is even one journalist of the Washington Post who said to people on twitter don't take into account Stevivor review this is not important. The worst is for GG people for who some bonus depend of a metacritic score. They will probably receive less money because of a few reviews.

 

How you see simalirity between biggest acquistion in game history that of course will create worries for users that have only opposite console with bringing selective trolling negativity in game topic that you never played and know nothing about (also how you can agree with review if you didn't play the game). Don't know what Valhalla have anything to do with it also but if you are interested I like the game (8/10 for me).
