Hey Someone stole my youtube video!!

While searching youtube I discovered that someone stole my video of me playing guitar and says its him who is playing!!

The guy who stole it :S http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SF4_jJuqDus
look in the video info.. he says "Eu tocando" which means "Me playing"

Is there anything I can do about it?

[UPDATE] - The guy has sent me a message saying he is sorry and has changed the credits to me.
[UPDATE]#2 - He has removed the video.
[UPDATE]#3 - My video has now dissapeared, Yesterday I logged in in a public place and I guess I must have left my account logged in when I left the place, maybe someone found it funny to remove my video.

Does anyone know a way to re-upload it and keep the "stats" I had before?

Report it to youtube. Also for future videos, it might not be a bad idea to watermark your videos.

I don't understand Youtube anymore. Why would someone even claim credit over something like this anyway? This is what happens when the idle hands of children have un-obstructed access to sites of this nature.
