[h]ocp goes cpu scaling with current gpus

    thats not true .

    running at 640x480 only means your gpu wont be a factor .

    when you move to 6x fsaa your gpu is going to be a bottle neck but that doesn't mean a faster cpu can't raise your frame rates .

    in certian areas the cpu will still be holding u back. So while it may not be a 20fps increase with a new cpu u will still get a boost
