That's good, but the first video is waaaay better. Did you make it far enough into it? From 5:25 it starts getting pretty crazy.
Thanks for sharing, draconian! Awesome stuff. Couldn't tell through the quality, but looks like they have special skip-ropes with some kind of weighting - have to get me one of those. Haven't done this in ages, but it's definitely an awesome exercise, very intensive.
