Ubisoft, French publisher of Rayman, Tom Clancy's game series' and Far Cry amongst other titles, has decided -- without any form of publicity on its website -- to make available ad-supported version of three games from its portfolio, at no cost to the user other than the download.

Fantastic, I love ingame ads. I haven't fully read, but these don't have multiplayer support do they? Might get them anyway...

There is already a thread about this...

And all you have to do is change your location at ubi.com to the United States, and you can be anywhere and get it to work.

At least in case of Raving Rabbids, McDonalds (+IGN apparently)
It has some banners in the menu, and every now and then after completing few "mini-games" there's a short flash(?) animation with speech and mentioning mcdonalds dollar menu or something similar, lasts 10secs or so I think.
    Never interrupts the gameplay though.
I'd imagine it's the same in case of the other games, with the exception that the "video" advert would probably come after you've loaded your game x times, or between each level or something similar

McDonald's in Far Cry as well, didn't get too far in but there was a short ad before the menu, and then a couple of banners on the menu screen. Nothing once you start actually playing (yet).

Seems like our "friends" at Ubisoft might have added an (or improved their) IP-check. They won't install for me anymore.

vote #2 for Beyond Good and Evil (even tho I have the PC and bought the xbox version for an ex)

advent rising is another game that should get this treatment (not Ubi, I know).
