    What great news!

It couldn't have happen to a nicer guy.

BTW, I'll let the breweries know you'll be here soon... Hopefully our distillation infracture can handle the added stress.

Congratulations and best luck for your new position with ATI. I hope Beyond 3D will keep going strong even without you as an editor, its one of the few places I've kept comong back to for many years now and I've always enjoyed your technical articles and well informed forum posts. Cheers Dave!

Congratulations and best to you and Ati.

Lets hope you only have to deal with sites that want to be educated.

    I never did like Hummers.

I'll miss your reviews but everything has to end eventually! I just hope whoever steps up to the plate manages to fill the role as well as you did.

Don't forget to keep away from the powerpoint presentations Dave .. ;) apart from that you should do well. Aparantly you can also do this sort of thing in Canada :-

I cut down trees, I skip and jump
I love to press wild flow'rs
    I put on women's clothing
    And hang around in bars

Hope the missus has an enjoyable time over there too !

    Congrats Dave!

I guess that your primary job would be to give more technical insight to the media guys over the ocean?!
In so many occasions ATI has stated that North American media is lagging “the old ladyâ€￾ guys!
I wish you all the best! Hopefully you'll bring even more quality to the red guys! And I hope that us, yours ex jurno colleagues can count on help sometimes ;)

haven't posted on here in ages, but as soon as i read the news i knew i had to chime in

congradulations and you will be sorely missed, i always wait for your video card reviews because you go beyond frame rates and investigate image quality. something very few sites do.

your knowledge of video card architecture is what made you, and i'm glad you found a job to fully exploit your talents.

on the same token, you will be sadly missed, and i hope that the site quality doesn't decline due to your absense.

Congrats, Dave and welcome to Toronto. There are a couple of great Indian restaurants near ATi, if you like the Indian food.
