This gives me Stranger Things vibes, and others say it reminds them of EarthBound.

Echo Generation: A turn-based adventure game about saving your hometown by developer Cococucumber.

    Features
    • Atmospheric story set in a small town in the early 90s
    • Kids on an adventure to investigate the source of a mysterious crash
    • Turn-based battles with monsters and mechs
    • Experience points from quests and battles level up the party
    • Intense boss fights with a mix of real-time and turn-based combat
    • Charming retro art style with a stylized 3D pixel look
    • Original soundtrack with electronic and synthwave music

Absolutely love the aesthetic. In fact, quite of few of the games shown at Microsoft's conference had really stand out aesthetics.

Riverbond was quite charming so will give this a go. Seems like they've evolved their voxelly look in an interesting direction.

The rendering style reminds me of Octopath Traveller which I enjoyed. Might have to check this out.
