I searched for a tweak like that for half an hour. You are my hero.

Managed to sink a bunch more time into it and finished the Moorbridge Marshes and the game has grown on me alot, I may even reconsider my use of the word 'rubbish' if it keeps picking up. :)

I agree with psorcerer, the game has some nice quests. Well integrated into the setting, and they've obviously put a lot of thought into them and how they are presented and structured. They don't come across as just dry go fetch or go kill quests. I just finished an optional quest I liked that was based on a riddle. No quest markers, compass or hand holding, just a riddle. And it actually leads to an end that was worth riddling for too.

Starting to notice all the little details too. The conversations with characters are relevant to current events and change based on what you've done, and the gossip you overhear from townspeople aswell, I snuck up behind a bad guy and overheard him grumbling about the the incompetence of the town insider he was working with. I pick pocketed somebody because of a comment a character made but the game didn't make a big deal out of, and actually turned up something interesting. They've put a lot of thought into it I think.

Those arrows work nicely on momma rat

Yes a good amount of thought seems to have gone into the quests and their related dialog. E.g. first thing I did in the marshes was kill those rats behind the inn. When the innkeeper asked me to take care of his rat problem I could say "already done!" instead of "sure I'll do it" -> conversation ends -> *ding quest completed* -> speak to innkeeper "hey I took care of the rat problem". Many instances of things like this, where the game recognizes you've already done something that you may not have been asked to do yet.

An update on the DRM situation, the game works about 90% of the time for me. When it decides not to work I haven't found any solution other than repeatedly clicking the shortcut while praying to the DRM gods. This is not acceptable.

So sad because the game has drawn me in thoroughly at this point.
I just got to Tallon and found some very interesting spells . The skeleton summon is wtfpwn.

Then you probably had one of the later versions.

I bought it when it was brand new here (Europe had some kind of beta release I think), and I just played for 10 minutes in which I encountered some serious bugs.

You could see through walls sometimes, when talking to people, others would walk right through you or the person you were talking to, or you and the person you were talking to could be in the same spot, so you could actually see through them.

And that weren't just issues you encountered every once in a while, but just every time you talked to someone. Which made me uninstall the game after those 10 minutes and never look at it again.

I do still have it, so maybe I'll try it later again to see what the latest patches resolved.

I beat the game. Wow the story blows. It was pretty fun though. Not bad at all for $30.

Yeah I don't blame you. Had I known it was going to be that weak I probably would've passed as well. Still I don't regret the purchase; like I said it was really fun at times.

It's south from the town where you kill the dragon, sitting on some mountain ranges. You can click-drag to move the map around, one of those things the game doesn't really tell you.

No need for that; it isn't exactly obvious.

Sorry, but it's just not good enough for the Guardian of The Sacred Terrabyte. Go ahead, burry your face in shame he-who-can't-climb-stairs and reflect upon yourself. For Terras sake.
