    403 here......

And, BTW, I am usually on dial-up and i prefer that kind of pages. I can open it, disconnect and enjoy the review without paying phone fees

I vastly prefer having it all on one page, I did with 56k and I still do with broadband.

Looks like theyve taken down the review, anyone grab any pictures?

Here's my own review of the 5950:
    http://www.nordichardware.se/recensioner/grafikkort/2003/FX-Mani/

It's only in swedish though, english translation is worked on as we speak. Just got the "go ahead" from gainward to post it and as I haven't signed any NDAs with anyone it won't be taken down. ;)

For those of you who miss screenshots and overclocking results please note that the swedish text mentions this and specifies that a "part 2 " will most probably be up sometime during the weekend (with more gaming results as well)

I would bet my Kingdom that your review is better than Digit-Life's. Can't wait for the english version.

Thanks for the review Ante P. Disappointing gains, but it's about what I expected. Reasonable overclocks though.

Now, one has to ask how you got the card without signing an NDA

hey can't I keep any secrets at all

no but seriously, a lot of companies don't use NDAs at all, they simply trust editors
If the editor screws up they won't be doing "buisniness" with him again

I asked for Gainwards blessings and got it so I'm home free :)

The fact that they've been available on store shelves for a couple of days now probably made Gainward's decision a lot easier.

Good review, BTW. I can't wait to actually be able to read it now. (I'm hopelessly monolingual.)

Decent review, no filtering tests at all gives us no idea who is getting the 'free lunch' although I have a good who is, and some synthetic tests would be nice...

Actually, many journalists won't sign NDA's at all, because the hassle is more than it's worth and there's always something that comes back to bite them.

e.g. what happens, if you sign the NDA, then you find out something from another, protected source which you really want to publish, but can't because of your NDA?

As a result it doesn't surprise me that sometimes boards will be available without NDA.

    no filtering tests?

you mean aniso, I run at 8x

synthetic tests are boring unless it's actually a new architecture, which it isn't (IMHO that is)
    :)

I do have some AM3 and 3dmark03 results though that will be posted in the follow up article

There was technical very gross error of our Digit-Life web-master , so I very ask you to forget about this review now until NDA will finish. Our webmaster is dismissed.
