It's from a e3 pamplet called "E3 Maybe" that is meant to be a joke/parody of the orginal "E3 Daily" pamplet, made by people at konami. It joked around with ads from all big three companies, microsoft, sony, and nintendo.

Though, I wouldnt be surprised if kojima had a game in development for xbox360. (konami has a game in works for pretty much every other console why not the 360) But I'm talking about this specific pamplet. I wouldnt take too much of it.
