Sure thing! There's a difference between the default standard UI.X theme and the Beyond3D CSS customisation that Ive done that makes the message box render underneath the other UI elements at the bottom, as in your screenshots in the thread.
I can verify it in desktop Safari's pretend iPhone mode, but I don't know what's causing it yet. If you want to help, feel free to poke around the CSS as served, and let me know if you want access to the standard UI.X theme to compare and contrast.
