CPU microbenchmarking tool (BW + latency)

Currently bandwidth and latency from Clamchowder, also writer at chips and cheese. Included screenshot for a 5800X and he recommends something that takes at least a second or two. I used 16GB for quick runs but haven't checked the difference yet
