Is it possible to copy just the numerical values in excel? (Instead of copying the formulas allready in the spread sheet?)

I want to copy data from one sheet to another, but i only want the values, not the formula (which constantly changes becaue of new input data)

Highlight the data you want to copy. Copy to clipboard. Go to new sheet. Do Paste Special and select the option "values".

Figured it out, then i came here and saw the same thing. Thanks for the help thought.

i got a silly norwegian excel version which is very very annoying. English forumla names doesn't work, and they named everything in norwegian. Your "paste special" is called "paste sample" for some reason in norwegian. Not that big of a deal in this case, but annoying when you gotta figure out what the norwegian name of many mathematical functions that are build into excel is.
