Amazon with the Gift Card ($240 - $40, enter code XBOX at checkout) if you don't want the Target deal ($250 - $50 = $200). I know the Target deal can redeem the gift cards at time of purchase so it's $200 out the door.

Following up on the $150 XSS from a few months ago, apparently you can get a PS5 Disc Version with God of War Ragnarok for $460 at Verizon (Wireless?) stores. It might be $500 on their website, too.
Salt and Sanctuary is 89¢ on PSN in the US. It’s a well-reviewed 2D Soulslike (that’s been an Epic freebie). No idea why it’s 95% off.
If your console has a disc drive and your GameStop still exists, they’re clearing out some new (potentially still shrinkwrapped, possibly not) games:

Xbox Series X $450 at Dell plus a $75 Dell gift card (sent in 20 days, use in 90). You probably can't use it to buy an Xbox GC from Dell, but they have controllers and games as well as computer stuff.
For those who consider AppleTV a console, Wreckfest is only US$1 (and maybe less in other currencies) on iOS. Works on iPhones and iPads, too. I think it’s the full game, with the DLC being cosmetic. 1.1GB initial download, then another 4.8GB.

Some EA games may be crazy cheap (at least in the USA) with Game Pass Ultimate for XBox Series owners for about another day:
