It sucks but he shouldn't have waited so long to get his visa in order. He should know better.

I'm tempted to make a conspiracy joke about the NV Enemy List being even more powerful than we had thought. . .except someone might take me seriously. :LOL:

Apparently he had previous experience to rely on for how long it would take, but yeah, that did seem like pretty short timing and no chance to clear up problems if one happens. It's not like its been a mystery when Computex would be held.
 
Anyone that has ever visited Taiwan knows their visa policy really isn't that strict.
There is NO country in the world that officially acknowledges Taiwan, still I am able to get my Taiwanes girlfriend a visa and I can go there and get a holiday visa on the spot.
It just looks like he isn't even pushing hard enough..
