Collada DAE file format and Scaling information

Hi everybody,

I was just wondering whether the collada DAE file-format has any scaling information. That is to say, whether the vertices of a mesh are specified in centimeters, meters, or kilometers.

It's supported but optional, so only the fancier translators (e.g. our ColladaMaya and ColladaMax) will support it. Look for this information in the <asset> element.
