can anyone please give me some tips on my system

well i bought my rig one year ago. heres the spec

p4 2.6ghz
2 * 512mb ddr333
asus P4PE
80gig hdd 8mb
geforce fx 5800
audigy sound card

i just wanted to know how long do u think it can last before i really need to upgrade? if i still wanna play all the big titles later in the year on full impact, should i upgrade any parts or wait alitle longer for a whole new system? i know this sound alittle off topic but i think you guys should be the right folks to give me ideas on this. thanks heaps

Hardware talk or the general forum would have been the right places to post your question in.

Anyway, why don't you upgrade when your computer starts to feel slow/when you have money to afford it? Guess you don't need other people's advice when to eat, sleep or go to the bathroom, so why ask when to upgrade your PC?

I would get a new viddy card, maybe another hdd. maybe overclock the p4. Then wait.
