I got a mail for downloading BlueStack today, a virtual environment for PC that can run all Android apps, and even connect to the Android store to download them. Quite interesting.
EDIT: tried and could play WordFeud (which I currently also play on my iPhone). Per App you can choose if you want it formatted tablet, large phone or small phone style. And now I've downloaded Angry Birds Space. It basically opens up the whole Android store to your PC which is quite interesting.
EDIT2: not really smooth always on my machine though. Angry Birds Space tablet version is a bit like the original Angry Birds' PSP Mini version
