Blue Dragon: International Version

The US version of Blue Dragon is shipping August 28 and the Europe version on August 24.. However, if you want to try it before you buy it, they'll be offering a playable demo off Marketplace from July 20 to August 3.

I definitely don't need a demo before picking up this little douzy of awesomeness..

I've been waiting for a solid JRPG on any next gen console so far.. I'm just glad I don't have to purchase a PS3 prematurely to be able to buy the first great one!

I was looking forward to this a while back, but my interest has been slipping the more I read about it. Here are some impressions.

I get it when it hits the bargin bin (<$30), too many good games coming out to justify this and I just got FFXII.

interesting, i thought a playable demo would be released as a part of ms's ''bringing it home'' promotion for E3 07 next week (for us accounts). maybe this july 20th date is for international edition? (the link is blocked at my work so i'm just guessing)

and also todd fyi most of the impressions of this game is actually really really positive. famitsu review, majority of vg site impressions/reviews and gaf's japanese crew impressions are all indicating that this is a really good if not a great jrpg.

FYI, both the US and Europe versions are called the International version. Dates for the demo are for the US version I believe.
