You fold harder by doing less work on your CPU. In a lot of ways, this turns even lazyness into a job :)

Actually I've now got a Mandrake Linux PC on the case. It's only a little Celeron 500Mhz, but every PC counts eh?

Incidentally I also had some segmentation faults when I first tried to run F@H on that PC. That was with the Beta version of the client the 3.24 version works fine.

Anyway if Freak'n Big Panda manages to get 50 Celeron 433Mhz PCs they may even give SurfMonkey a run for his money.

I'm kinda suprised. I have 1 P3-550 running 24/7, a Athlon 1700+ running only during non-work hours, a celeron 533 running a few hours (at best) in the evening and a Athlon 1600+ running a few hours (at best)in the evening.

Though, to be fair, I've left my 1600+ on for the past 3 days when I'm at work just so I can knock you down a notch. I don't expect it to last.

Though, tomorrow I should be replacing my Athlon 1700+ with a P4-2.4C.

Just submitted another WU :D ....would have crossed 1k mark had I got the credit for the previously mentioned WU....I still have hope esp after reading in one of Iffrin's posts that he also got credit for some WUs after a gap of few day!

btw, only 9.68 points from 16th place to 20th...

Yeeeah, pud 'em up, pud 'em up. :D

Well I'm down five machines and once cpu (I burnt one out in a server - oops). But I may be up a twin Xeon machine later this week and a twin G4 Mac as well. And hopefully I'll be able to get the other five machines working for me this weekend again.

But I am slowing down, maybe it's time I relinquish my crown and free the top spot? Or then again maybe I'll just keep fighting

Yeah, I've been runnning along quite well on my headstart. But I guess you'll take my 3:rd spot within a week. (And there's realy nothing I can do about it.) And there's a few other that for sure will beat me eventually (Joe, Wavey, Panda).

But at least I beat you to the top 10k users. :)

I've also lost three WU in a row on a machine this week due to core crashes...

I think it's the heat. It's been VERY hot in the office this week.
