Well, LeadTek appears to be taking issue with at least part of this story:

Do not believe what you read!

Some websites have posted news which is not correct. This leaked information has been misrepresented. It is only true that Foxconn will launch their own VGA cards. But it is NOT true that Leadtek have agreed a deal and will withdraw from the VGA market.

Well, LeadTek appears to be taking issue with at least part of this story:

So maybe Leadtek will continue on their NVIDIA track while Foxconn uses ATI? That would give them the best of both worlds: loyalty to NVIDIA remains intact while producing ATI cards. Also doesn't make much sense for Foxconn and Leadtek to both be producing like cards, though I suppose they could go that route as well.

Leadtek might have clauses or incentives in their contract with NV that would make it desirable for ATI cards to be branded Foxconn instead. . .
